The Harley-Davidson Third Edition pinball machine (produced by Sega and later Stern) challenges players to complete city deliveries and build their motorcycle. To succeed, players must spell H-A-R-L-E-Y and D-A-V-I-D-S-O-N to trigger multiballs, advance through all 15 cities, light the jackpot, and reach the final mode.

1. Multiball Modes

Starting Multiball: Shoot the Left Saucer repeatedly to light lock, then hit the Right Saucer to begin Multiball.

Jackpot: After passing through all cities, the Jackpot is lit at the Right Saucer for 5,000,000 points. Collecting the jackpot multiple times will multiply its value.

USA Bonus: Spelling U-S-A advances your Bonus Multiplier, which carries over from ball to ball.

3. Sub-Features & Hurry-Ups

Spinner Lites: Spelling H-A-R and L-E-Y lights the spinners for 3,000 points per single rip.

Hurry-Up: Spelling D-A-V-I-D-S-O-N lights a 1,000,000+ point Hurry-Up at the Right Saucer.Speed Trap: Hitting the hidden eject hole awards the Speed Trap (a random mystery value) which can be a score bonus, bonus advance, or even instant multiball.

Video Mode: Perfect completion of the game's Video Mode (hitting all 16 pedestrians) awards a massive point bonus and an Extra Ball.
